A decision
Say the options out loud, identify what is actually making the choice difficult, and separate signal from noise.
Private conversations
For professionals who need to work through a decision, rehearse an argument, prepare for a difficult conversation, or untangle a complex situation — with someone who has no stake in the outcome.
Why
Your colleagues have opinions. Your manager has expectations. Your team has interests. Your friends know you personally.
Sometimes you do not need another recommendation. You need enough uninterrupted space to hear your own thinking clearly.
About me
I’ve spent my career working in complex corporate environments — leading teams, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and navigating the ambiguity, politics, and communication challenges that come with consequential work.
Thinking Session is deliberately personal. Every session is one-to-one with me — not a rotating team, coach network, or automated service. If you book, you know exactly who you will be speaking with.
My role here is deliberately narrow: to listen carefully, ask useful clarifying questions, and give you enough space to hear your own reasoning more clearly. I am not trying to sell you a framework, a program, or an answer.
Bring the thing that is occupying your head
Say the options out loud, identify what is actually making the choice difficult, and separate signal from noise.
Rehearse the argument with one attentive person before you take it into the room that matters.
Work through what you want to say, what you do not want to say, and what outcome really matters.
Give shape to the questions you may not want to raise yet with your manager, colleagues, or team.
Untangle product, hiring, investor, or partnership questions without turning the conversation into another pitch or advisory session.
Separate facts, assumptions, tensions, and unresolved questions when everything feels tangled together.
How it works
We start with one question: What would you like to leave clearer about?
You talk. I listen closely and ask an occasional clarifying question when it helps move the thinking forward.
I reflect back the themes, tensions, or contradictions I am hearing — without prescribing what you should do.
You articulate what feels clearer now. The session ends on time.
Private by design
Thinking Session is designed for candor. The conversation is not recorded or transcribed, no AI meeting assistant joins the call, and I do not keep notes about what you discuss.
Thinking Session is not therapy, psychological treatment, executive coaching, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis support.

Thinking Session is intentionally simple. These are the questions that matter most.
Anything professional that would benefit from being said out loud: a decision, presentation, difficult conversation, career question, founder problem, or a situation that still feels tangled.
No. Thinking Session is neither therapy nor executive coaching. There is no diagnosis, treatment plan, coaching program, or attempt to direct your personal development.
Not unless the nature of the session has explicitly changed. The default is no unsolicited advice. I listen, ask clarifying questions, and reflect back what I am hearing so you can examine your own reasoning.
No. Sessions are not recorded or transcribed, no AI meeting assistant joins the call, and I do not keep notes about what you discuss.
Then we finish. A useful session can end as soon as the thing you came to clarify feels clear enough. There is no need to fill time for its own sake.
Yes. You can book individual sessions whenever you need one. There is no subscription or commitment required.
